As each property will have four fractional owners the property has to come fully furnished with everything required. We produce a detailed Itinerary of Furniture that will be included in each property.

As the furniture costs are being divided amongst the four fractional owners we are able to furnish the properties at the luxury end of the scale. Where appropriate we include leather sofas, well designed and hard wearing furnishings, high quality beds and linens, the latest kitchen equipment etc.

We use the services of a professional furniture company and design the furnishings to suit the style of property. An ultra modern penthouse apartment will have cutting edge designed furniture, a villa in the mountains will have more traditional furnishings.
